What you will do

• Own Teralynx switch configuration, SONiC deployment, and AI lab fabric design.
• Design, tune, and validate RoCE-based fabrics for distributed training and inference workloads.
• Architect rail-optimized, leaf-spine, fat-tree, and multi-plane topologies for GPU and HPC clusters.
• Configure ECN, PFC, UEC, congestion control, and telemetry pipelines; diagnose packet loss, hotspots, blocking, and queue behavior.
• Analyze GPU collective communication patterns and correlate network behavior with end-to-end workload performance.
• Build automated stress-testing and validation frameworks, reusable configurations, and customer-facing demonstration artifacts.

Requirements

• Expertise in data center, backbone, and internet networking technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RoCE, AI-fabric tuning, switch automation, telemetry, and counter analysis.
• Experience with SONiC, SAI, network SDKs, programmable switching, and Linux networking internals.
• Ability to diagnose congestion, latency, traffic paths, and control-plane and data-plane issues in distributed environments.
• Experience with Ethernet AI fabrics and high-speed Ethernet from 200G to 1.6T, plus SNMP, gNMI, or gNXI telemetry.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, network engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD for lab infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Ultra Ethernet Consortium specifications.
• CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent certification.
• PhD in a related field.
