What you will do

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of quality-related projects and initiatives.
• Track project milestones, risks, action items, deliverables, and open corrective actions.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, meeting notes, presentations, and other stakeholder documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support quality improvement and project decisions.
• Maintain project records and help standardize project tools, templates, and workflows.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Eligible to receive co-op credit for the January 2027–April 2027 term.
• Interest in project management, quality systems, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Exposure to quality standards, inspection methods, technical drawings, nonconformance handling, root cause analysis, ERP systems, or quality management systems.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Planner, or Loop.
• Familiarity with data analysis, trend review, Lean or Six Sigma methods, internal auditing, or ISO 9001 requirements.
