Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in the New York City or Washington, DC area, with two days per week in the New York City or Arlington, Virginia offices unless traveling.

Annual on-target earnings: $131,362–$192,770, including base salary and annual commission target; company equity is also offered.

What you will do

• Train administrators and analysts, deliver workshops, conduct best-practice deep dives, and support platform adoption.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and map customer workflows, intelligence requirements, infrastructure, and data models to platform capabilities.
• Integrate SIEM, EDR, SOAR, threat feeds, STIX/TAXII, and other security tools and data sources.
• Design and build playbooks, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows for complex security challenges.
• Manage technical stakeholder relationships, service and product requests, adoption risks, and renewal risks.
• Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering, escalate bugs, and maintain solution-design playbooks and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or a related engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with threat intelligence platforms, SOAR, SIEM, or similar security automation technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, network security, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, the threat intelligence lifecycle, MITRE ATT&CK, and STIX/TAXII.
• Experience with Python scripting, REST API integrations, and troubleshooting network connectivity in customer environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain business value and technical advantages to analysts, engineers, and executives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
