Senior Manager, Visual Design (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time onsite role with 00%–25% travel. Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $152,000–$178,300 annual base pay, plus a 15% annual incentive reference value.

What you will do

• Create presentations, toolkits, illustrations, infographics, editorial layouts, motion, video, digital assets, and interfaces for employee and HR topics.
• Build and maintain design-system components, templates, asset libraries, patterns, and standards.
• Design and prototype accessible, intuitive interfaces and workflows for enterprise HR technology.
• Explore AI-enabled design workflows, including practical guidance, prompts, examples, and responsible-use guardrails.
• Partner with HR, communications, technology, and business teams from briefing through delivery.
• Provide creative direction and review external work when specialist support is required.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic-design craft across presentations, digital communications, illustration, information design, and interfaces.
• Strong command of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, Figma, and relevant creative tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, design systems, templates, component libraries, and standards.
• Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and usability, plus practical experience with AI-enabled design tools and workflows.
• Current full-time United States work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design, animation, storyboarding, or video editing.
• Experience designing employee, HR, workplace, learning, or other complex enterprise experiences.
• Familiarity with Workday, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
