Field Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote across APAC, with the role associated with Tokyo, Singapore, and Canberra

Pay range: ¥1–¥2 JPY. The target base salary is listed as $X–$Y plus bonus or commission and equity.

What you will do

• Lead discovery and proof-of-value engagements focused on alert adjudication, due diligence, investigations, and case prioritization.
• Own analytical delivery for customer accounts, including multi-hop investigations across ownership, trade, and corporate records.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product to define analytical requirements, validate solutions, and identify reusable platform capabilities.
• Direct and evaluate Superconductor on live mission problems, extending it into customer workflows.
• Train and certify customer analysts on hirify.global methods and AI-assisted analysis.
• Capture investigative judgment, reference cases, evaluation scenarios, and training material for the Tradecraft team.

Requirements

• Experience conducting complex, multi-source investigations involving financial crime, sanctions, export controls, supply-chain or forced-labor risk, transnational criminal organizations, law enforcement, or intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with corporate records, trade data, and OSINT.
• Experience scoping customer engagements, demonstrating solutions to expert stakeholders, and delivering work under a statement of work.
• Ability to direct and evaluate AI and agentic analytical tools against clearly defined expert standards.
• Clear communication with analysts, program managers, engineers, and executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity, end-to-end ownership, and close collaboration with engineers on undefined problems.

Nice to have

• Python or SQL for data manipulation and familiarity with REST APIs.
• Experience designing training curricula or certifying analysts.
• For government portfolios, an active government security clearance and citizenship matching the country of residence.
