Engineer III - Systems (Windows/Linux/Azure)

Location: Hybrid; must reside in Arizona. Deer Valley, 2500 W Utopia Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Day shift, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise Windows Server, Linux, and Red Hat platforms.
• Implement connectivity, identity, and workload integrations between on-premises environments and Azure-based hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Execute patching, firmware updates, version upgrades, configuration management, and release activities across server and cloud platforms.
• Develop automation and provisioning workflows using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, certificate lifecycle management, and security hardening.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, training support, vendor coordination, and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Six years of Windows and/or Linux/Red Hat administration or engineering experience.
• Two years of automation or scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field, or eight years of progressively responsible related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must reside in Arizona and work in a hybrid arrangement.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, RHCE, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCNP Data Center, ITIL v4, and security or governance certifications.
