IAM Analyst Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2027)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay range: $18–$26/hour.

What you will do

• Partner with IAM teams to identify and document KPIs, operational metrics, reporting requirements, metric definitions, and data sources.
• Gather business requirements across Jira, ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, Power BI, and other relevant systems.
• Assess data completeness, consistency, and suitability for reporting.
• Interview subject-matter experts, business stakeholders, and leadership partners to support operational reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Recommend, develop, validate, and document Power BI dashboards and Power Automate-supported reporting processes covering IAM trends, workload, performance, and risks.
• Research legal, regulatory, and other topics; contribute to projects, attend training presentations, and perform other assigned duties while following policies and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period.
• Preferably studying a field related to the hiring department.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Sponsorship is not available for H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT employment-based visa types.
