Early Careers - Operations Performance Analytics Intern

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office

Base pay range: $19.13–$34.17

What you will do

• Participate in a formal ten-week internship supporting business objectives and member-focused solutions.
• Own assigned project components and deliverables with guidance from a mentor and manager.
• Research, analyze data and information, and develop recommendations for business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Support initiatives that improve business outcomes and member and client experience.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation covering the project, results, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising senior in information technology, information security, computer science, or information systems; other majors may be considered.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Available for the full ten-week internship program.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience tracking and organizing information with desktop tools.
• Experience leading work efforts, managing simple projects, and reporting status.
