Actuarial Analyst 2, Analytics/Forecasting

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required. Work schedule must accommodate Eastern Time Zone hours.

Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, market, and industry data for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support Medicare claims forecasting and modeling.
• Establish metrics and deliver data analyses that support business intelligence.
• Develop and execute processes and controls to ensure data integrity throughout data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data anomalies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Successful completion of at least three actuarial exams.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively in written and oral forms.
• Must work remotely within the United States and accommodate Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Dedicated interruption-free workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Databricks for data analytics, modeling, and forecasting.
