Property & Casualty Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of property and casualty clients.
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options and carriers.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Collaborate with sales agents to transition new business and identify account growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Texas General Property & Casualty License required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with agency management systems; Applied Epic and PL Rater are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
