Senior Account Manager Commercial Lines

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day service for a designated book of large and complex commercial accounts.
• Lead the full renewal lifecycle, including data collection, exposure analysis, marketing strategy, carrier negotiations, and renewal proposals.
• Support new business marketing by preparing carrier submissions, evaluating quotes, and developing placement strategies with Producers and Account Executives.
• Review policy audits and ensure the accuracy of policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, ID cards, and other coverage documents.
• Provide expert client support, advise on commercial insurance coverage and emerging exposures, and maintain accurate activity records in Applied EPIC.
• Support workflow improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship of junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• High school diploma required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Comfort with an on-site presence in Leesburg, Florida is required to support collaboration and team leadership.

Nice to have

• Applied Systems / EPIC experience.
• CRIS, CPCU, or completion of a specialized training course.
