Real Assets Product Manager (Property Intel)

What you will do

• Drive product strategy, lifecycle management, pricing, packaging, and profitability for the Property Intel platform across EMEA.
• Analyze commercial real estate markets, client needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting property data.
• Engage with banks, insurers, public-sector bodies, and real estate advisory firms to refine products and identify retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Develop new Property Intel capabilities with research teams, external providers, and public or regulatory data sources.
• Coordinate product roadmaps and delivery with Program Management, Engineering, Data Operations, Research, and Sales.
• Lead go-to-market planning, product releases, client communications, documentation, and launch support.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product, pricing, packaging, and competitive analysis in a relevant field.
• Deep understanding of European, ideally Nordic or broader EMEA, commercial real estate markets, valuation practices, and real estate data.
• Experience working with banks, insurers, public-sector bodies, and financial institution processes involving credit risk, loan books, and real estate collateral.
• Experience with P&L management and sustained revenue and profitability growth in fintech, financial data, investment and capital markets technology, or real estate and mortgage technology.
• Proven experience building and leading regional, cross-functional commercial, sales, research, and product teams.
• Fluency in English is required. Swedish or another Nordic or European language is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of national land registries, cadastral bodies, and other public or regulatory real estate data sources.
• Experience with Nordic commercial real estate markets and property data ecosystems.
