Product Associate – Accounting (Fintech)

What you will do

• Scope new ERP integrations by mapping requirements on hirify.global's side and the customer's ERP side.
• Build and maintain the accounting product roadmap with the CPO and engineering team.
• Answer technical integration questions from customers and sales about APIs, data mapping, and system capabilities.
• Triage and sequence feature requests, customer onboardings, and integration work.
• Translate customer and sales feedback into concrete, scoped accounting requirements.
• Scope integration work before commitments are made and provide realistic delivery timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical product ownership.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data mapping, ideally with hands-on ERP integration experience.
• Experience keeping an engineering team focused amid competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as an ERP functional or implementation consultant.
• Background in bank or fintech integrations and solutions roles.
• Experience with ERP implementations and integration consulting.
• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech startup.
