Propositions Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and lead the propositional strategy across regional market channels, securing regional CEO and board approval.
• Work with customers to assess their propositions, shape strategic roadmaps, and secure commitment to new products.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and future hirify.global roadmap opportunities.
• Support sales activities, RFP responses, new customer opportunities, propositional scoping, and revenue growth strategies.
• Support delivery of new product initiatives and encourage adoption of existing core solutions.
• Provide proposition and product expertise, training, forecasts, reports, and analysis to internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in wealth management and the markets served by hirify.global and its customers.
• Expert knowledge of the hirify.global proposition, products, and relevant regional market channels.
• Experience working in a regulatory environment and understanding applicable regional financial regulations.
• Experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or wealth management.
• Degree qualification at 2:1 level or above, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, commercial, organisational, communication, client-facing, and time-management skills, with an independent and delivery-focused working style.

• Experience in finance, IT, or project management.
