What you will do

• Represent the user by integrating security findings, threat models, and trust signals into the product roadmap.
• Lead discovery initiatives including user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis to craft effective security messaging.
• Define how security surfaces across the product, including permissions, publishing safeguards, and vulnerability detection.
• Scope features ruthlessly, validating functionality through user feedback and metrics.
• Equip sales, support, and marketing teams with the technical context needed to engage enterprise buyers.
• Map the current threat surface and define the first iterations of secure-by-default publishing safeguards.

Requirements

• 6+ years in the software industry with exposure to security, trust & safety, or platform integrity in a product management or leadership role.
• Experience with security challenges unique to AI-generated software, such as code vulnerabilities and prompt injection.
• Technical fluency with the ability to engage credibly with engineers on threat models and platform architecture.
• Strong systems thinking and product sense to balance security constraints with user experience.
• English: Professional proficiency required.

• Prior experience in platform security or trust & safety at scale.
