Senior Associate Credit Risk Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the EVO Lomas de Memelta, Mexico Office in Cuajimalpa, Mexico, with remote work

What you will do

• Analyze consumer and commercial credit data, financial information, and customer business factors.
• Recommend credit decisions for small to moderately complex deals and applications.
• Apply credit policies, risk models, risk tables, assumptions, and business terms to identify potential exposure.
• Support the preparation and presentation of executive approval materials and credit memos.
• Conduct due diligence on merchant portfolios and identify high-risk accounts for structuring or exclusion.
• Explain credit decisions and approval terms to prospects, sales representatives, channel partners, and relationship managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or a related field emphasizing mathematical and analytical skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar position.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple financial and business perspectives and exercise judgment within defined procedures.
• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.

Nice to have

• Previous Credit Analyst experience.
