Senior Provider Contractor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Florida; must live in Central or Northeast Florida. Travel up to 30% within the region may include overnight stays, and occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $78,400–$107,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Initiate, negotiate, and execute physician, hospital, ancillary provider, and other provider contracts.
• Communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers.
• Analyze the financial impact of contract terms and reimbursement arrangements.
• Maintain contracts and related documentation in a tracking system.
• Help identify and recruit providers based on network composition and business needs.

Requirements

• Live in Central or Northeast Florida.
• At least 5 years of progressive network management experience, including physician or hospital contracting.
• Experience negotiating managed care contracts with large physician groups, ancillary providers, or hospital systems.
• Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate the financial impact of contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the region.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with ACO or risk contracting.
• Experience with value-based contracting.
