What you will do

• Install, configure, patch, maintain, and optimize critical business and data applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability as data volumes and usage grow.
• Own complex technical challenges from investigation through resolution while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Translate business needs into effective application configurations and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Support data flow, messaging, search, and workflow platforms including RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, NiFi, Kafka, and Camunda.
• Plan and document complex system designs in line with company standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting data management, messaging, and administration tools.
• Strong Linux and Windows server administration skills.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, NiFi, Kafka, Camunda, or similar technologies.
• Ability to manage projects, balance priorities, and organize complex technical work.
• Strong systems thinking, root-cause analysis, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and influence others without formal authority.
