Senior Analyst, Global Accounts Payable

What you will do

• Support global Accounts Payable operations and act as a subject matter expert for Source to Pay and finance systems.
• Maintain, implement, and integrate systems including Concur, NetSuite, Kyriba, Sovos Tax, banking platforms, and related ERP tools.
• Manage end-to-end payable processes, including payment scheduling, reconciliations, journal entries, audit support, and 1099/1042 reporting.
• Lead cross-functional projects and resolve complex Source to Pay issues with Finance, IT, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Drive automation, process efficiency, stronger financial controls, and improved stakeholder experiences.
• Analyze large data sets and prepare management reports and KPIs.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Expertise in Accounts Payable systems and processes, banking, credit cards, Source to Pay value streams, integrations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of Concur, NetSuite, and Excel; proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, Sovos Tax, Kyriba, and standard office software is strongly desired.
• Deep understanding of global finance processes, accounting concepts, regulations, internal controls, and segregation of duties.
• Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage projects, make sound decisions under time constraints, and support global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
