Program Analyst (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; on-site

Base salary: $115,000–$162,000 per year, excluding RSUs, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and any sign-on bonus.

Zoox develops fully autonomous vehicles and the supporting ecosystem for mobility-as-a-service in urban environments.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, deliverables, tasks, and action plans across vehicle development programs.
• Track progress through program phases including Build Phase, Bot Build, testing, and business-unit activities.
• Coordinate with firmware, autonomy, engineering, supplier quality, PSP, and other functions to achieve program milestones.
• Maintain accurate Program BOM, V-BOM, Program Part List, PbPTracker, and related program data with PLM.
• Work with ZPT owners to prioritize and reduce open ZPTs according to program needs.
• Analyze and report program status, risks, and open actions to the Vehicle Program Director and stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or program management in a technical environment.
• Proficiency with JIRA for capturing and tracking engineering development tasks.
• Proficiency with Confluence for publishing key reference information.
• Ability to work on-site in Foster City, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE in program management.
• Experience with BOM management and PLM tools.
• Experience in a dynamic startup environment or automotive program management.
• Proficiency with complex project management tools such as Gantt charts.
