VP, AWS NA Practice Lead (AWS)

Salary: $275,000–$325,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AWS practice in North America.
• Create delivery frameworks, solutions, accelerators, and templates that improve efficiency, automation, and client value.
• Establish strategic partnerships with AWS and align joint pipelines across current and prospective clients.
• Lead AWS-related business development, including client engagement, solution design, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and LATAM AWS leadership to align relationships and best practices.
• Represent AWS expertise through industry publications, speaking engagements, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a consulting firm specializing in AWS cloud solutions, ideally for Data or AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture, implementation best practices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience leading content-rich workshops and discussions with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Proven record of business growth through strategic initiatives, client relationship management, and solution innovation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
