Unified Communication Administrator (Cisco)

What you will do

• Provide operational support and maintenance for Unified Communications and Collaboration services, including VTC, VoIP, IM/Presence, A/V streaming, and PBX.
• Support customers through tiered troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and scheduled or active VTC sessions.
• Use Cisco CUCM, CUBE/VCS, MCU, CMS, TMS, Vbrick Rev, and IMC to diagnose issues and manage configurations.
• Perform upgrades, maintain service availability, and support patching and security compliance.
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures and assist engineering teams with projects and specialized tasks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph before starting.
• IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ or equivalent.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience; a bachelor's degree in an applicable field may replace five years of experience.
• CCNA certification.

Nice to have

• Network+ certification.
• ITIL Foundations or Agile Foundations certification.
