NOC Technician IV (VOIP/SD-WAN)

What you will do

• Architect and implement monitoring solutions for VoIP, SD-WAN, and broadband services.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to support uptime and performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on network reliability and scalability.
• Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments across NOC-managed infrastructure.
• Support new service rollouts in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Analyze network performance trends, manage high-impact incidents, and train junior staff.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in network operations, engineering, or telecommunications.
• Expert knowledge of VoIP/SIP architecture, SD-WAN platforms, and broadband technologies.
• Strong network security experience, including IDS/IPS, VPNs, and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage high-impact incidents.

• Experience with orchestration platforms and network automation frameworks.
