Data Consultant (e-Automate)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary implementation resource for new e-Automate customers and support existing customers with data-focused projects.
• Lead customer sessions to document business initiatives, system gaps, reporting needs, and data analytics requirements.
• Configure and implement the software according to project scope, budget, timeline, methodology, and delivery agreements.
• Gather requirements, design processes, complete fit-gap analysis, configure systems, and engineer solutions for complex business requirements.
• Manage data migration, formatting recommendations, testing, user acceptance validation, go-live activities, and post-go-live consulting.
• Identify and manage issues and escalations with project managers while maintaining accurate project and time administration.

Requirements

• Remote work must be based in the United States.
• Strong ERP product knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
• Understanding of business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
• Experience using ETL tools with large datasets for importing and exporting data to and from SQL databases.
• Experience with SQL and strong Excel skills for transforming and manipulating datasets.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and communicate effectively with customers at different technical levels.

Nice to have

• e-Automate knowledge or implementation experience.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana.
