Senior Product Manager, UGC Marketplace

Location: San Mateo, California, United States. Office-based roles require onsite attendance Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

Salary: $280,540–$330,950 USD annually, plus equity compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and ship creator-driven products that expand avatar expression on the platform.
• Own the UGC creator ecosystem, define new marketplace categories, manage supply health, and grow core marketplace metrics.
• Engage directly with creators and understand their needs to shape product roadmaps with engineering, design, and data science.
• Balance the needs of creators and consumers in a two-sided marketplace using data and research to guide decisions.
• Champion the Marketplace and Roblox Economy across the company and creator community.
• Develop products that support the future growth of the Roblox Economy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping high-quality experiences for developers, creators, small businesses, or brands with high technical fluency.
• Experience understanding customer needs, maintaining direct customer relationships, and advocating for users.
• Understanding of digital businesses, creator economics, business growth tools, and creator earnings.
• Interdisciplinary experience working with design, engineering, analytics, business development, communications or PR, and marketing.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including technical specifications and strategic presentations.
• Ability to execute throughout the product lifecycle in a growing environment with competing priorities.
