Senior Product Manager (Minecraft)

Location: Redmond, Washington, United States; 3 days per week in-office

Salary: USD $119,800–$234,700 base pay per year across the U.S.; USD $142,800–$274,800 for Product Management IC5 roles. San Francisco Bay Area and New York City ranges differ.

What you will do

• Own a key product area from customer insight through launch and growth.
• Partner with customers, stakeholders, engineering, design, data science, and business teams to define requirements, specifications, plans, and success metrics.
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features and cross-team dependencies.
• Drive planning, production readiness, release, and execution quality across partner teams.
• Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to measure outcomes and improve the product.
• Present plans, tradeoffs, status, and results to partners, leadership, and the wider team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in product, service, or program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping software products, platforms, or developer-facing services from concept through launch and iteration.
• Experience driving cross-team or cross-organization initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting systems such as Power BI, Tableau, or Azure Data Explorer.
• Experience partnering with UX design and user research to deliver customer-centric experiences.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years taking products, features, or experiences to market.
• 6+ years improving product metrics or disrupting a market.
