Associate Data Analyst (Ad Tech)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY work hybrid 1–3 days per week in the local office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $76,787–$92,916 USD annually, plus eligible equity, bonuses, commissions, and overtime.

What you will do

• Write and optimize R, Python, and SQL scripts for data processing.
• Collect, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
• Apply analytical, statistical, and machine learning methods to derive insights.
• Create visualizations, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop solutions.
• Document project status, debug workflows, and balance work across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or social science field.
• At least 1 year of coding experience in SQL or Python.
• Introductory knowledge of analytics, statistics, and AI coding tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, issue identification, prioritization, time management, curiosity, and teamwork.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS S3, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Prior experience in ad tech.
