2027 Leadership & Technical Development Program (LTDP) - Procurement

Location: Peoria, Illinois area and other United States facilities; onsite five days a week. Willingness to travel and relocate domestically for rotations and post-program assignment is required.

Salary: $81,370–$133,810 per year

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotations within the Procurement function of Supply Chain.
• Develop and implement site, regional, or worldwide sourcing strategies and manage purchasing programs.
• Support facility procurement activities and integration with facility and divisional leadership.
• Collaborate with suppliers on technical expertise, quality plans, supplier development, and relationship management.
• Lead procurement process improvement, process development, and project execution.

Requirements

• Completed university or college degree by the program start date in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0 without rounding.
• Willingness to travel and relocate domestically based on business needs.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of business process design, manufacturing engineering, supplier relationship management, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• 0–2 years of manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Project or team leadership experience.
