Senior Product Builder (AI)

Location: Mountain View, US; hybrid position requiring in-office work at the Mountain View HQ 2 days per week

Salary: $229,661–$280,697 base salary, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Define technical product strategy, product direction, architecture trade-offs, and AI-enabled capabilities with engineering.
• Improve the product development lifecycle by building agentic workflows, evaluation pipelines, automated pull-request hygiene, deployment gates, and generation-to-merge metrics.
• Establish benchmarks and quality gates for AI-powered products, making performance and degradation visible across teams.
• Turn engineering pilots into production-ready products by creating reusable libraries, templates, and reference implementations.
• Lead zero-to-one initiatives from user research and data analysis through experimentation, compliance partnership, and launch.
• Align engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, and executives around product vision, roadmaps, OKRs, and success metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in product management or engineering.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native product development lifecycles.
• Ability to work across the stack when needed, use data for product decisions, and improve metrics.
• Strong user empathy, communication, creative problem solving, and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Comfort working in a culture of rapid experimentation and communicating with executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or regulated, security-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, including bias evaluation, audit logging, and model cards.
• Exposure to multi-step reasoning pipelines or human-in-the-loop system design.
