Senior Product Designer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote; EMEA

Salary: €75K–€100K per year in Germany, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Design and deliver polished UI for the hirify.global Platform from early concepts through pixel-perfect execution.
• Partner daily with frontend engineers to scope and execute product design work, while staying close to backend engineering to understand technical feasibility.
• Research technical requirements and proposed solutions through UX studies, competitive research, and other methods.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to turn ambiguous requirements into clear design direction.
• Work with Brand Designers to keep product visuals aligned with the hirify.global Labs brand identity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing UI or product experiences for a B2B product, ideally for engineers, DevOps, or platform teams.
• Ability to understand complex software engineering concepts through research, interest in the field, or personal experience.
• User-centric approach focused on understanding specific users and their needs.
• Ability to design clear, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces aligned with modern UI patterns.
• Willingness to learn highly technical subject matter through technical documentation and independent experimentation.
• Strong communication skills, including structuring presentations, defending design decisions to stakeholders, and questioning assumptions when it improves the solution.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for a cloud provider, DevOps tool, Kubernetes, or another engineer-facing infrastructure product.
• Startup experience in an early-stage organization with autonomous ownership.
