Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid schedule with four days in the office and three remote flex days per quarter after the first three months

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is building an AI-native social operating system for social commerce, helping brands build relationships with communities through authentic interactions, recommendations, and personalized experiences.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product areas including creator discovery, campaigns, the social inbox, and analytics.
• Design data-heavy workflows such as dashboards, filters, lists, profiles, and settings.
• Develop interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, including agent setup, review, and hand-off.
• Conduct conversations with social media managers and community teams to inform product decisions.
• Contribute to the design system, including Figma components and the coded UI library.
• Prototype quickly in code or with AI tools and partner with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with modern B2B or SaaS products.
• End-to-end shipped product work with clear explanations of trade-offs and potential improvements.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, analytics, or workflow tools.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in AI-native products and human-AI interaction patterns.
• Clear communication skills and comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media management, community, creator, or influencer marketing tools.
• Background in e-commerce or conversion-focused products.
• Startup experience, especially in AI or social technology.
• Experience prototyping in code or with AI design tools.
