Senior Program Manager - WMS Business Integration

Location: Onsite at one of seven US locations: Ontario, CA; Dubuque, IA; Newark, CA; Upper Marlboro, MD; Gainesville, FL; Seattle, WA; or Portland, OR. Up to 40% travel is required.

Salary: $96,000–$154,000 annually in Florida, Iowa, and Oregon; $110,500–$183,000 annually in California and Maryland. Pay depends on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of a multi-year Warehouse Management System, Labor Management System, and Yard Management System implementation.
• Own a core operations process such as inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, or inventory control and configure the WMS for that area.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Engineering, and Inventory teams to design and implement future system capabilities.
• Define program vision, success metrics, roles, responsibilities, requirements, and user acceptance scenarios.
• Represent end users through design, implementation, and hypercare, supporting training, documentation, and change management.
• Track milestones, analyze data, identify risks, and escalate issues affecting scope, timeline, or budget.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 8+ years of program management experience and 5+ years of operations experience.
• Experience implementing and configuring a Warehouse Management System such as Manhattan Active.
• Strong program and project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and change management skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders, multiple projects, deliverables, and cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, decision-making, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
