Senior Analyst, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $31.88–$38.46 per hour

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day SEO tactics across multiple client accounts.
• Implement SEO strategies and support technical consultations and client deliverables.
• Prepare regular client reports and deliverables in coordination with media and account teams.
• Conduct keyword research and provide recommendations for on-site optimization.
• Support SEO education and evangelism, as well as new business activities.
• Train Analysts and Junior Analysts.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in an SEO-focused environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, search engine ranking factors, keyword research, and on-site optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work across several clients simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, account teams, developers, and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Screaming Frog, SEMRush, BrightEdge, Conductor, or similar SEO tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, or CSS.
• Experience with local listings management and local SEO.
• Content ideation and content writing skills.
