Senior AEO & SEO Strategist (AI Visibility)

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s AEO/GEO roadmap, including audits, prioritization, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Increase discovery, citations, mentions, and recommendations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and emerging AI search platforms.
• Improve crawlability, indexing, site architecture, structured data, schema, semantic SEO, entity signals, AI crawler access, and llms.txt readiness.
• Build content and off-site authority through earned media, G2, DesignRush, Reddit, industry roundups, and appropriate Wikipedia/Wikidata information.
• Measure citations, mentions, competitor share of voice, qualified leads, SQLs, and pipeline using buyer-relevant prompt sets and model-aware reporting.
• Partner with marketing, content, creative, technical, and leadership teams to document, automate, and scale AI visibility practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, search, or digital visibility, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on AEO/GEO experience.
• Demonstrable AI visibility results, including improved citations, mentions, or share of voice, with a clear explanation of the approach.
• Hands-on experience with Profound, Peec AI, or similar AI visibility platforms, plus Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong technical foundation in crawlability, indexing, structured data, schema, semantic SEO, and entity optimization.
• Understanding of how B2B buyers research and choose brands and how AI answers influence those journeys.
• Advanced daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, analysis, and automation.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations for SEO research, monitoring, and reporting.
• Clear writing and communication, strong ownership, curiosity, judgment, and reliability in a fully remote team.
