What you will do

• Design, build, and ship an agentic HR service agent that answers employee questions, routes complex cases to HR Advisors, and learns from outcomes.
• Architect governed people data platforms integrating HRIS, ATS, LMS, identity, compensation, payroll, EOR, and FP&A systems.
• Build people analytics and decision-support capabilities for natural-language querying, attrition and retention modeling, headcount forecasting, recruiting analytics, and compensation insights.
• Automate employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, document generation, and approvals, in collaboration with IT, Legal, and Finance.
• Develop LLM-powered tools for creating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and self-service content using RAG and semantic search.
• Implement responsible AI controls, including role-based access, audit trails, data minimization, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in software, data, or AI/ML engineering, with production AI systems shipped beyond the prototype stage.
• Fluent Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI orchestration or agentic frameworks.
• Experience building API integrations and data pipelines between SaaS business systems.
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, production-grade systems and measure their success.
• Experience handling sensitive data with access controls, PII protection, and auditability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; occasional international travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR platforms such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workday, ADP, Deel, Rippling, or similar systems.
• People analytics experience covering attrition, headcount planning, recruiting metrics, or compensation analysis.
• Knowledge of EU AI Act obligations, GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 controls.
• Experience with identity and access platforms such as Okta and provisioning workflows.
• Background in cybersecurity, regulated environments, enterprise AI workflows, or multinational organizations with distributed legal entities.
