Solutions & Transformation Consultant (Data & AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Bucharest, Romania; some calls may fall outside standard Bucharest hours.

Salary: 10,000–15,000 RON net per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects, including AI-based spend classification, AI tool rollouts, and post-merger integration.
• Analyze data and processes to identify improvements and help design and implement changes.
• Build and improve AI-based tools and workflows, including Claude skills and automations.
• Participate in solution and service architecture design for complex client situations.
• Investigate technical escalations, identify root causes, and prepare solution options.
• Translate business needs into clear solution blueprints and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, data, consulting, procurement, or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions.
• Solid data skills, including SQL, Excel, and an understanding of data models and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT, including prompts, skills, or small automations.
• Clear written and spoken English is required, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people.
• Comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities, and distributed teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience with clients or internal stakeholders in consulting, professional services, or customer operations.
• Knowledge of procurement processes or spend analytics.
• Familiarity with Qlik or ERP data.
• Experience coordinating projects.
