Project Manager (Recycling Infrastructure)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 3 days a week in the office

What you will do

• Lead the rollout of reverse vending machine installations across multiple UK locations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, dependencies, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, service, operations, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive day-to-day execution, proactively manage risks, and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure installations are delivered safely, on time, to a high standard, and in line with KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally with installations, infrastructure, or operational delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, organisational, prioritisation, ownership, and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, dynamic operational environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; exposure to Jira or ERP systems is beneficial.
