Operations Project Manager (FTC) (Pharma)

What you will do

• Plan, oversee, and lead operations and site-based projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop fully scoped project execution plans with success criteria, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans.
• Deliver approved projects with strong project controls and track activities through completion of the first commercial batches.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments and manage complex project interdependencies.
• Conduct project reviews, prepare updates for senior leaders, and improve processes and project management standards.
• Build project management capability and promote best practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in a science or engineering subject, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrable experience in pharma, FMCG, or another highly regulated industry.
• Project management and scheduling experience, including managing complex projects and multiple project elements simultaneously.
• Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders, with an understanding of end-to-end processes and upstream and downstream impacts.
• Strong leadership, integrity, resilience, decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
• The position is an 18-month fixed-term contract and does not offer relocation.
