Product Manager, Alpine Ski (Ski Racing)

Location: Hybrid role based in Annecy, France

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, developing skis, bindings, boots, apparel, footwear, and equipment for alpine and Nordic skiing and other outdoor sports.

What you will do

• Define and drive the Fast on-piste product vision, roadmap, and segment strategy.
• Lead product creation from concept through launch across race-department, carving, and performance ski ranges.
• Translate athlete, coach, retailer, and consumer insights into relevant products and product stories.
• Work with Design, R&D, race managers, Sales, and Brand Marketing to deliver race and on-piste equipment.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s presence in ski racing and the broader on-piste community.

Requirements

• Deep credibility in on-piste and ski racing, with active involvement in the alpine skiing community.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, snow sports, racing, or performance sports.
• Strong understanding of racing technique, FIS regulations, competitive circuits, retail, consumer trends, and commercial carving products.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading projects from concept to execution.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Former competitive alpine skiing experience at club, national team, or World Cup level.
• Basic French with willingness to improve.
• German language skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
