Product Manager (Security Tribe) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own a Security tribe squad across the full product lifecycle, from user research and discovery through delivery.
• Turn CERT learnings, claims data, and threat trends into precise, testable product specifications.
• Work with engineering leadership on scalable solutions for detection quality, scan reliability, agent orchestration, evaluation, and performance.
• Maintain the quality and reliability of security products while supporting CERT and internal security teams in meeting their SLAs.
• Plan and run weekly sprints, balance bugs and incident-driven work with product development, and manage delivery commitments.
• Translate technical security requirements into clear workflows for mostly non-technical SME clients and communicate product decisions, progress, trade-offs, and risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or another technical B2B product is a significant advantage.
• Comfort working with engineers and security experts on complex technical topics.
• Ability to keep up with AI capabilities and continuously update working methods.
• Fluent French and English.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up is preferred.

• Work within a Product & Ops organization alongside Product Managers, Product Designers, CSM, RevOps, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with a squad of four to five full-stack JavaScript, Python, and Go engineers and one Product Designer.
• Partner closely with the CERT, other Security tribe Product Managers, and the Distribution tribe.
• Build products where detection quality, reliability, client risk, and CERT workload have direct business impact.
