Senior Site Activation Coordinator (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Coordinate the development, review, and rollout of Informed Consent Forms across multiple countries and studies.
• Prepare site regulatory documents and review them for completeness and accuracy.
• Notify project stakeholders when regulatory and contractual documents are completed.
• Distribute completed documents to clinical sites and internal project teams.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, trackers, timelines, and project plans with accurate study information.
• Track and follow up on regulatory, ethics, ICF, and Investigator Pack approval and release documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Clinical research knowledge in France, ideally with at least one year of hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Native French and advanced English proficiency.
