GCM Relationship Manager II (Global Capital Markets)

Salary: $89,000–$148,300 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts with moderate to significant complexity and risk.
• Monitor account systems, databases, controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and transaction activity.
• Review legal documents and agreements and provide comments during negotiation and drafting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners to manage regulatory and operational risks.
• Structure and close transactions, resolve client service issues, support sales calls, and prepare fee proposals.
• Identify revenue opportunities, lead projects, support business process development, and mentor less experienced associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including the required client service experience.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Knowledge of corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Experience with specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
