Technical Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Irving, Texas, Hybrid

What you will do

• Define product specifications, solution designs, business flows, and architecture proposals for complex payment initiatives.
• Analyze business problems and translate requirements into product concepts, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Lead or review solution sizing, process engineering, Business Requirement Matrix assessments, and pre-sales activities.
• Define recovery and risk-mitigation plans, investigate incidents, and protect production integrity.
• Contribute to test strategies, test-plan reviews, traceability, functionality validation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, QA, customers, and other stakeholders while supporting Agile ceremonies, launches, demos, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in payments or the airline/travel domain.
• Experience working as a business analyst is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Irving, Texas.
