Senior Consultant, Outsourced Human Resources (HR)

Location: Remote; geographic eligibility is not specified.

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver outsourced HR solutions and support client HR functions in partnership with the Manager and HRO team.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies, and improve enrollment, tracking, and employee communications.
• Develop and support performance management processes, including performance improvement plan documentation.
• Improve onboarding, offboarding, orientation, HRIS workflows, reporting, data entry, file organization, and standard operating procedures.
• Create and maintain offer letters, job descriptions, policies, procedures, and other client-specific HR documentation.
• Advise clients on HR matters, manage relationship concerns and service scope, research employment regulations, and contribute to HRO service growth and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, I/O psychology, organizational communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience in a consulting or HR Business Partner role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as iSolved, ADP, or Paylocity.
• Proficiency with client relationship management tools, virtual meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, CCP, or another related professional certification.
