Lead Sales Engineer (.NET)

Location: 100% remote from anywhere in the United States; reporting to hirify.global headquarters in Houston.

Salary: $156,750–$241,575 USD base salary per year, plus variable incentive pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage provisioning, maintenance, auditing, and renewals for technical environments.
• Maintain demo environments used by Sales, Customer Success, Partner Enablement, Professional Services, and Technical Support.
• Configure environments with integrated, ready-to-use hirify.global products.
• Design and optimize enterprise software solutions, data models, and technical architectures.
• Translate customer and business requirements into design flows, user stories, tasks, and implementation plans.
• Review and debug code, perform root-cause analysis, and support controlled deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience developing enterprise applications and backend projects.
• Experience with C#, .NET Web API, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, relational database design, structured data management, APIs, and CRM systems.
• Experience with distributed or centralized version control systems and enterprise application deployments.
• Must work remotely from the United States.
