Contract Manager (Medtech)

Location: Crawley, United Kingdom; required to work from the Crawley HQ 4 days a week with 1 day working from home

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and manage customer purchase, maintenance, and support agreements.
• Work with Sales and Service teams to develop commercial proposals and contract solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, agreement structures, and contract variations.
• Draft amendments and coordinate internal approvals for deviations from standard terms.
• Create and process orders for maintenance and support services.
• Maintain contract and customer information across CLM, ERP, and other business systems, while monitoring records and turnaround-time performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing, or Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including experience supporting tenders.
• Strong commercial judgment, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems while working across multiple teams.
• Ability to work from the Crawley headquarters 4 days per week.
