Salary: $185,200–$277,800 USD annually, depending on location zone.

What you will do

• Respond to and mitigate emerging network-edge threats using WAF rules, bot vendors, and CDN-native technologies.
• Build infrastructure for inventory and visibility into network-edge security posture.
• Build and maintain near-real-time streaming analytics pipelines and applications.
• Contribute to data labeling and machine-learning model development.
• Develop AI-driven capabilities to classify and mitigate abusive traffic patterns.
• Manage build, deployment, production monitoring, and integrations with vendor systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software or security engineering experience developing scalable production software with testing, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, and Python.
• Proficiency in data analysis with SQL and Spark.
• Experience with CDN ecosystems including Cloudflare and Fastly, and with Amazon Web Services.
• Knowledge of network protocols, CDN systems, authentication, authorization, and API security.

Nice to have

• Experience with bot and fraud identification and mitigation systems.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and Datadog.
