Senior RFP & Bid Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid work model based in Stockholm, Sweden; Barcelona or Madrid, Spain; Aachen, Germany; or the United Kingdom. Up to 15% travel required.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the EMEA RFP, RFI, and bid management framework, including intake procedures, workflows, governance, and submission controls.
• Coordinate complex end-to-end tender responses with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product Management, and Professional Services.
• Develop bid management methodologies, documentation, playbooks, and scalable operating practices.
• Manage the centralized RFP content and knowledge framework, including Loopio and supporting repositories.
• Review and coordinate validation of technical, security, service, contractual, and implementation information before submission.
• Track bid performance, identify operational risks, and recommend process improvements to Revenue Operations and Sales leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in RFP, proposal, bid management, or a related function, preferably in B2B software or technology.
• Experience coordinating complex RFPs, RFIs, and tenders across multiple internal functions and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of public and private procurement procedures, including open, restricted, negotiated, and competitive dialogue processes.
• Experience with RFP management platforms, structured content repositories, process governance, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and deadline management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Loopio and Salesforce.
• Background in cybersecurity, PKI, or information security.
• APMP certification or a comparable professional qualification.
