Cloud Security Lead Engineer

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid attendance at the Milan office 2–3 days per week

Salary: SEK 81,054–92,402 per month

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate full-stack services that collect and serve cloud asset data, including ownership, dependencies, and risk.
• Build Asset Inventory and Cloud Security Posture Management capabilities as sources of truth for cloud assets.
• Translate security and compliance requirements into usable product features for engineering teams.
• Develop prioritization and remediation workflows and measure their impact on security posture.
• Work with engineering, security, compliance, and platform stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.
• Explain technical risks, priorities, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience building and owning production software, including describing delivered and operated systems.
• Strong AWS knowledge sufficient to review microservice architectures for security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, asset inventories, or resource dependency mapping.
• Security-first approach to measuring, ranking, and clearly explaining risk.
• Experience building scalable full-stack web applications and collaborating across engineering, security, or compliance functions.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, PostgreSQL, and Terraform, or the ability to learn them quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial cybersecurity and asset management platforms for evaluating security posture.
• Experience running security and compliance audits, collecting evidence, and producing reports.
