Software Engineer Intern - Fullstack (x/f/m) - Milano (AI)

Location: Milano, Milan, Italy; hybrid work setup with up to two remote days per week.

Total compensation: €1,000.

What you will do

• Build and own product features from design and development through testing and release.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create scalable, secure, and user-friendly healthcare tools.
• Write clean, efficient code using design, testing, and peer-review best practices.
• Solve technical problems that improve patient care and doctor-patient relationships.
• Explore AI, distributed systems, and other technologies while sharing knowledge with the engineering team.

Requirements

• Final-year student in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting in March 2027.
• Comfortable coding in multiple languages and motivated to learn the technology stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with web development or product development in a fast-paced environment.
• Side projects or contributions to open-source communities.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
